We are the only law firm in Albania that uses German as a working language and whose members has knowledge of the German law. All our lawyers have studied or worked in other western European Countries such as Germany, Italy, etc. They all have finished postgraduate studies and posses a master degree or are PhD candidates. Klajd Karameta LLM

Klajd is one of the managing partners of the firm. He has been working as a legal expert for the German government (GIZ – Open Regional Fund LR) in the field of Legal Reform in Albania, focused mainly in the economic law. Further he has coordinated the reform of the private enforcement service in Albania in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of Albania. He is specialized in company law, foreign investments, banking law etc.

He graduated at the law school of the University of Hamburg, Germany and post graduated in European Law at Europa-Kolleg in Germany. He is writing his PhD in the field of European Law. He speaks fluently English and German and has good knowledge of French and Italian, Albanian is his mother tongue. He is a member of the Albanian Bar Association since 2008.


Xhensila Kadi LLM

Xhensila is one of the partners of the firm. She also is a lecturer of the Insolvency and Family law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana. She is specialized in company law, insolvency, family law, trade marks and patents, etc.

She graduated at the law faculty of the University Sapienza of Rome, Italy and post graduated in International Business Law in Italy. She is writing her PhD in the field of Business Law and she has published many papers in the field of business law and family law. Xhensila speaks fluently Italian and English, her mother tongue is Albanian.
